Convenient access to public transportation with a 5-minute walk to the metro. Target and CVS within a 5-minute walk for groceries and other necessities. Opportunity to meet and interact with people of diverse backgrounds and ages.

Felt safe, with staff willing to assist with any concerns. Nothing too much trouble.

The strong smell of old

The location of this hostel was perfect for exploring the main tourist attractions in the area. It was just a short walk to the Walk of Fame and other popular destinations. The beds were comfortable and the staff, particularly Alejandro, was friendly and helpful. I also liked that they provided a free phone booth for making local calls.

One of the biggest drawbacks of this hostel was the lack of control over the room temperature. The staff controlled the air conditioning and fan, and they often turned them off, making the room hot and stuffy.

The location of the hostel is fantastic, as it is really close to Hollywood Boulevard and all the attractions. The garden is a lovely feature, providing a peaceful and quiet atmosphere for a good night's sleep. You can easily access the Hollywood Walk of Fame, just a minute's walk away. The staff is friendly and helpful, even carrying luggage upstairs. The hostel also offers a DIY breakfast with a waffle machine.

The hostel is not very disability-friendly, as there is no elevator and guests have to navigate stairs to access their rooms and the kitchen.

I recently stayed at Orange Drive and had an amazing experience. The location was superb, right behind Hollywood Boulevard and close to many attractions. The staff at check-in were friendly and welcoming. The room, though small, was comfortable and the price value for LA was great. Additionally, parking spots were included, which was a huge bonus.

I had a fantastic stay at this hostel. The location was perfect - close to everything yet surprisingly quiet. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Transportation was convenient with the Hollywood/Highland station just a 5-minute walk away.

The bathroom was too small and lacked basic amenities like a hair dryer. there were issues with internet security, as someone was able to breach credit card information while using the hotel's internet.
